Is this EPUB editor really free?
Yes. There's no account, no watermark, no page limit and no paid tier. It runs entirely in your browser.
Are my books uploaded anywhere?
No. Your EPUB is opened and edited on your own device and stored in your browser's storage; the file is never sent anywhere. The only thing the site records is an anonymous visit count, with no cookies. After the first visit the app even works offline.
Why are my manga spreads off by one page in Apple Books?
Apple Books pairs pages left and right in a fixed rhythm. If a volume is missing a page, or has an extra credits page, every pair after it shifts by one. Insert one blank page (or delete the extra page) where the shift starts, check the tablet preview, and save a copy.
How do I add a blank page to an EPUB?
Open the book, choose Edit pages, select the page next to where you want the gap and press Blank before or Blank after. The blank page matches the size of the pages around it. Then save a copy and download it.
Does it support right-to-left manga?
Yes. Right-to-left books are shown and previewed the way Apple Books shows them, with the first page of each pair on the right.
Can I use it as an EPUB viewer or reader?
Yes. Open any DRM-free EPUB to read it in the browser: two-page spreads for comics and manga, and one section at a time for regular ebooks.
Does it work with regular (text) EPUBs?
Yes. You can read them, reorder or remove sections, add empty sections and rename the book's title.
Can I edit DRM-protected books?
